A note on names
Foundable is a product of Autono Labs, Inc., a Delaware C-corporation. Throughout this site, "Foundable" refers to the product; "Autono Labs" refers to the legal entity that operates it and is the counterparty to every contract on this page. Legal, privacy, security, and product correspondence uses @foundable.com and @autono.sh email handles; both reach us, and each document names the inbox for its subject. Mail addressed to Autono Labs, Inc. (re: Foundable) at the postal address below also reaches us.

Updates and notifications
Each policy carries the date it took effect and the date its text last changed. Where a binding agreement or applicable law requires notice, we use the method and period stated there. Subscription fee changes follow the Terms' 7-to-30-day notice where applicable.
