1. The short version

We want you to pay only for what you meant to buy. If a charge looks wrong, email support@foundable.com. We'll fix mistakes and review fair refund requests promptly. Nothing here limits a stronger right you have under applicable law.

Foundable plans are sold through Link, Stripe's merchant of record service, so Link's own support can also help with a charge, and Link's refund policy applies where it gives you more than this one.

2. Your Foundable subscription

The Foundable plan is billed monthly or annually in advance. Cancel anytime from Settings → Plans & credit usage → Manage billing, which opens Stripe's billing portal, or in your Link account at link.com. The billing screen shows when cancellation is scheduled and its effective date. If either looks wrong, contact us promptly.

  • Your plan stays active through the period already paid for.
  • You won't be charged again after cancellation.
  • We generally don't prorate or refund the current paid period.

If a charge was unauthorized, duplicated, or made after a cancellation should have taken effect, contact us promptly and we'll investigate. Deleting your account ends your plan and access immediately, without a refund of the current period, so it is not a substitute for canceling at the end of a paid period.

A partial subscription refund does not change your plan or credits already issued. If successful refunds for a charge add up to the full amount paid, we end that subscription and remove only unused plan credits we can reliably tie to the refunded invoice. We do not take back spent credits, daily credits, promotional credits, or balances we cannot reliably tie to that invoice.

3. Credits

Credits come with your plan, its daily allowance, and any promotion; Foundable does not sell standalone credit packs. Credits are generally non-refundable once added because they can be spent immediately, and credits spent on work that ran (a Build run, a reply Ted drafted, a video that rendered) cannot be recovered.

If credits failed to apply, were charged twice, or clearly did not work as described, email us. Unused credits cannot be redeemed for cash, but we'll honor any stronger right required by law.

4. How to ask for a refund

Email support@foundable.com from the email on your account. Include the charge or credit-spend date, amount, purchase type, and a short explanation of what went wrong.

We aim to reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; your financial institution controls when the credit appears.

You can also ask Link: open support.link.com and choose Contact support. Within 60 days of a payment, Link may refund it under its own refund policy.

5. Payment disputes and chargebacks

Contact us first if you don't recognize a charge or think it is wrong. We can usually resolve it faster than a bank dispute.

If a payment dispute enters an adverse state, we place a hold on the account: work in progress stops, new work and credit spending are blocked, no new credits are granted, and the affected subscription is canceled. Existing credits are not automatically removed. A favorable outcome does not automatically restore access. After the payment provider confirms that outcome, support may clear the hold, but the customer must start a new subscription to restore paid access.

Foundable charges appear on your card or bank statement as LINK.COM* FOUNDABLE. If you're unsure about one, email us or ask Link's support before disputing it.

6. Your rights under the law

Depending on where you live, you may have mandatory cancellation, cooling-off, withdrawal, or refund rights. This policy does not limit those rights. Where applicable law gives you more protection, the law wins.

7. Taxes on refunds

When required, an approved refund includes the tax paid on the refunded amount. Questions about your own business taxes are for your tax advisor. See our Terms of Service for the full fee and tax language.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product or pricing changes. The date above identifies the current version. We'll give reasonable notice of material changes that affect existing customers, as required. This policy is incorporated into our Terms of Service.
